Macchina composta da un martello pneumatico MOD. G98V, applicato su un gruppo porta martello regolabile, scorrevole e rotante manualmente, fissato su un tavolo con sostegno registrabile in altezza. Sulla macchina è presente un cilindro pneumatico, azionato dal pedale pneumatico di destra, che alza e abbassa il martello sull’articolo da ribattere e un meccanismo pneumatico che blocca il funzionamento del martello quando il martello stesso si trova in posizione alta. Il pedale pneumatico di sinistra aziona il martello.
Questa macchina ribatte articoli di pelletteria (in particolare borse) e si usa con ottimi risultati su ogni tipo di pellame anche molto delicato per operazioni di finitura.
Testina Ø34 mm in acciaio rivestita in plastica. A richiesta è possibile fornire il martello con la testina in acciaio rivestita in plastica su misura (min. Ø12 – max. Ø40 mm).
Dimensioni tavolo: 800 mm x 600 mm.
Dimensioni superficie di lavoro: 450 mm x 350 mm (placca di marmo).
Altezza sostegno registrabile da 800 mm a 1000 mm.

The machine is made up of a Mod. G98V pneumatic beater. The beater is placed in a manually adjustable, sliding and rotating beater-support assembly, which is fastened to a workbench with adjustable height stand. On the machine there is a pneumatic cylinder, activated by the right pneumatic pedal, lifting and lowering the beater on the article being felled, and a pneumatic mechanism stopping the beater functioning when the beater is lifted. The beater is activated by the left pneumatic pedal. This machine beats leather articles (especially bags) and it is used in finishing operations with excellent results on all types of skins and leather, including very delicate materials.
Plastic-covered steel Ø34mm-head. On request, the beater can be supplied with the customized plastic-covered steel head (min. Ø12 – max. Ø40 mm).
Bench dimensions: 800 mm x 600 mm.
Working surface dimensions: 450 mm x 350 mm (marble top).
Stand adjustable height from 800 mm to 1000 mm.
Adjustable beating height from 0 to 50 mm.
